These terms govern your use of scuttlecat.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Products
We do our best to display our products accurately, but colors can look different from one screen to another, and photography is not a guarantee of exact appearance. Product descriptions are provided in good faith.
Our products are costumes for pets. They are not safety equipment. Never leave an animal unattended while it is wearing one, and remove it if the animal shows any sign of distress. You are responsible for supervising your pet.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and may be displayed in your local currency as an estimate at checkout. Prices and product availability can change without notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, where a price or description has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Intellectual property
The Scuttlecat name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
